While I absolutely, positively abhor the title, I recommend this book without hesitation because it contains some really sound, scientifically-substantiated nutritional information. Despite the title (did I mention I hate it?), it’s not all about “beauty” or detoxification, and the content includes dietary additions/substitutions and tips for healthy, sustainable eating.
