I’m a girl who loooves her tea, but I have to say that the hub is pulling me over to the coffee dark side with the yummy lattes he’s been making for me lately 🙂
All ingredient measurements are approximations. This is for two reasons:
- Typically, I’m somewhere chillin’, happily waiting for my latte to be hand delivered by the very good-looking barista partially pictured above. Soooo, I haven’t been a part of the actual making process prior to snapping these pics.
- As I was snapping the aforementioned pics, someone was throwing things into a mug so quickly (with no measuring, of course) that I had to estimate.
Ingredients:
- Ground espresso coffee
- 1-2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/8 cup vanilla syrup
- Frothed whole milk
- Make espresso according to espresso maker directions. Hub uses a Bialetti espresso maker (also available here).
- Froth milk while coffee is brewing.Â
- Pour caramel sauce and vanilla syrup into a mug, add espresso, and stir to combine. Top with frothed milk.

I am not a coffee drinker either but that looks tasty! Does it have a strong coffee taste?
I wouldn’t say it has a STRONG taste. To me, it’s more sweet and smooth, without the regular bitterness of coffee.
