This cute little journal is just the thing to help bring the “Do Good, Feel Good” quote on my vision board into fruition. I really like the facts that it includes 1.) small, beneficial actions as well as larger projects, and 2.) deeds that also target the good-deed-doer. (Sometimes we’re the hardest on and most negligent towards ourselves and our own wellbeing. I guess it goes both ways, then. Do good, feel good; feel good, do good :-))
What good deeds are you planning to do, for yourself and/or for others? Do share!
What a great idea! I like that it keeps you accountable and on track to do good deeds. Have you started yet? As for good deeds, I am searching for a volunteer opportunity that I can do on a regular basis. Now that I see your post, I may look into getting the journal as well. Thanks for the idea!
Thank you, and you’re welcome! My goal is not to follow the book literally (i.e. I might do more than one in a day, etc.), but to be very intentional with and in-the-moment when doing the suggested good deed. I completed one this weekend, and it was really nice! I like that they journal includes space to reflect on each good deed as well.

Such a great find! I may just have to look into this myself! Thanks 🙂
You’re welcome! This might make a nice family or individual DIY project as well 🙂
