Brocade and a Mini

I have a confession to make: I will fall in love in a second with pieces made in fabrics that look like they belong on someone’s great-grandmother’s sofa… or on her curtains. Don’t believe me? Just watch: this jacket or this one; this cardi; these shorts… oh, and this very boxy gold brocade top right here.  I thought about having it tailored to be more fitted, but the versatility of the silhouette is growing on me. That and the fact that it’s an all-you-can-eat shirt and perfect for chunky days.
