This camo tee – and the big “SALE: $4” sign above it – literally stopped me in my tracks as I was sprinting through Target*, taking a shortcut through the boys’ department. The slightly cropped, fitted cut perfectly balances the masculine print, making it easy to dress up or down. I chose “up” 🙂
*Sprinting through Target (also known as running errands when one has mere seconds before they’re supposed to be at their next appointment) qualifies as both cardio and multitasking, at least in my world.
Here are 3 easy ways to dress up-ish a camo tee!
With white trousers and mixed prints:
- Straw Fedora: Target (also here)
- Dog Tags: Kenneth Cole outlet
- Denim Vest: Old Navy
- Sailor Pants: Club Monaco (styled differently here and here)
- Dot Skimmers: Madewell (print mixed here)
- Sunglasses: Ray-Ban
With a pencil skirt:
- Skirt: Club Monaco
- Shoes: Frye (styled more casually in this post)
With a blazer:
- Blazer: BCBGeneration (also in this post)
- Distressed Jeans: All Saints (more here)
- Pumps: Via Spiga
- Bracelets: Madewell
My favorite is #3. I’ve worn that look to work with my camo tank!
Thank you! I think 3 is my fave, too 🙂

LOL! I just snagged a tee–very similiar–at Wal-Mart in the boys department ($4.97) a couple of weeks ago and have been playing with styling it. So happy to see your creative ideas–thanks!
Thank you, Karen! Don’t you love it when you run across deals like that?! Let me know how you style your tee…I’d love to get some more ideas.

I love all of those looks! I have to find a camp tee this summer. Something else to add to my must buy list for the summer!
Thank you, Shannon! The boys’ and men’s sections are great spots to find camo tees on the cheap. I think a slightly oversized, more relaxed fit would look SO good half-tucked into fitted jeans with a tailored blazer and sky high heels.
